Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original hive-themed packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
